Our goal is 100% satisfied customers. We know it is difficult. To redeem this, we must reach and even exceed our customers' expectations with our products, customer service, delivery, etc. If you are unhappy with us for any reason, we would like to be in touch with you. We welcome any kind of feedback and we want to continually evolve, and above all, to make sure you are satisfied. 

Customer satisfaction guarantee can only be used if you have used the product according to our instructions and that our customer service will be contacted by you within the following timeframe after you receive the order:

Skin treatments: Within 30 days

Hair treatments: Within 60 days

Other treatments: Within 10 days

If you wish to use the satisfaction guarantee and contact us via e-mail, we ask you to give a detailed explanation of the reason why the product / treatment has not made you satisfied.

 

Are you not satisfied with the product quality or the results of the treatment?

Here are step-by-step instructions on how to make use of your satisfaction guarantee.

Step 1:
Contact our customer service by phone, email or chat within the mentioned timeframe.
Describe why you were not satisfied with your order.

Step 2:
Print the return slip, which will be sent by email to you. Stick it on a package with the product(s).

Step 3:
Leave the return package at your nearest post office. The return is free of charge.
The return must be submitted to a post office within 7 working days, if no exceptions have been agreed upon with our customer service.

Step 4:
Received returns are registered, reviewed and accepted. Shortly thereafter, the matter will be terminated by agreement.

 

The entire process, from the first contact until we accept the return and reply with a confirmation, can take 2 to 3 weeks.
