No, not unless you want to. Simply select the product you want to buy, place it in your basket and then proceed to checkout.

As customer of Swiss Clinic, you are entitled to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you received the product. Always contact Swiss Clinic and notify us that you want to return an item(s) and our Customer Service will assist you. We are contactable by phone and email.

What is the delivery time?

We always send your order the next working day and the normal delivery time is between 2-4 days.

How do you send your products?

Your order is packed at our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden and sent by UPS to your home

What do I do if I want to exchange a product?

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it, provided that the product is substantially unaltered and if the product is sealed, the seal should be unbroken. If you want to exchange a product please contact Customer Service and we will assist you. When returning or exchanging a product, you must pay the return postage costs.
