What needle length should I choose for my Skin Roller?

The needle length you should be using depends on the type of problem you want to treat. Our needle length guide is intended to find the right award-winning Skin Roller length for you. Click here to find out which Skin Roller is best suited for your skin.

We recommend using the Skin Roller for 5 days, and then allow the skin to rest for same period of time before resuming treatment. Exact instructions on how to use your Skin Roller can be found here.

Remember that it is important to keep your Skin Roller clean. The easiest way to do this is with our Sanitzer Spray. Don't forget to add it to your basket at checkout, as it's not part of the Rejuvenation kit.

Please note!

— Always commence treatment with light pressure, allowing the skin to get used to the needles. After a few treatments, you can increase the pressure until you find a level that suits you. After rolling, the treated area should be a bit red, warm and tingly - a sensation similar to a mild sunburn.

— If you have extremely sensitive skin (eg very dry or prone to reactions), we suggest beginning with the shorter needle length - 0.2 mm.

— Always take extra care on areas with thinner skin - the delicate areas around the eyes, mouth, chin and throat.

— If you wish to use other skin care products, we recommend waiting for an hour after applying the Rejuvenation Serum - ensuring it is fully absorbed, to apply any other gels or creams.

— The best way to store your Skin Roller is in the transparent case it arrives in. After cleaning it with the Sanitizer Spray or similar product, make sure the lid is on properly. This way you avoid dust, make up or other bacteria coming into contact with your Skin Roller. If you do not have the case you must find an alternative clean environment for it.

My parcel hasn't arrived - where is it?

It is most likely on its way! You should have received an email after your order was dispatched. Orders received before 10 am are dispatched the same day (weekdays only) and delivered within 1-3 working days. You will receive a text message as soon as the package has arrived.

I am having trouble logging into my account, what should I do?

We are sorry to hear this. The quickest way to rectify this problem is to reset your password. Go to sign in as usual, and after entering your user name, click on the 'Forgot your username or password' link. You will be prompted to enter the email address you registered with, and after doing this you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Why doesn't my discount voucher code work?

If you have a discount voucher, you need to enter the code at checkout, in the "Gift token/Discount code" field, and then click on the "Update" button next to it. Please note that the code is case sensitive, so you will need to enter it exactly as you received it.

If the discount is still not applied it may be the case that:

  • The code has expired
  • The minimum spend amount has not been met
  • The code has already been used on a previous order
